HotJoe Silencer for AEA Megalodon

Our largest tuning suppressor with the most elaborate design from the AirJoe series. With Ø 50mm and 278mm length, it achieves excellent damping performance. High-quality, stable construction made of black anodized aircraft aluminum. To screw onto the barrel thread of your AEA Megalodon.

Construction
Our 50mm suppressor is equipped with 4 chambers, containing stable aluminum tubes combined with a fine-mesh stainless steel wire mesh. Double-wrapped with sound-absorbing porous acoustic felt for highest demands and damping performance. The 1st expansion chamber is more than twice as voluminous as the 3 subsequent chambers. 3 baffles and the end cap reliably and effectively filter out the high aggressive frequencies.

Sound
The damping performance is considerable. The sound has been modeled and now sounds significantly duller. It is therefore audible to neighbors but difficult to recognize as a gunshot.

Connection
The widespread M18x1 connection fits many other barrels besides the Megalodon.

Bore
As standard, we equip our large suppressors with an end cap with a 17mm bore. Upon request and at no extra charge, we will gladly exchange this for a 15mm cap. Just let us know when you place your order.

Extension
The extension is approx. 172 mm long and is simply screwed between the suppressor and the barrel. To do this, remove the M18 connection cap of the suppressor, screw in the extender, and mount the connection cap to the extender - done. The extender's interior is identical to the suppressor's and consists of 2 chambers with 2 baffles. The extender makes the gunshot sound significantly duller again.
