The 5 washers made of highly slippery Teflon decouple the spring from the system, absorbing and compensating for the rotational forces of the spring. Ideally, this results in a calmer shot release.

The 21mm washer is used to securely fix the piston inner sleeve (if installed). The 3 washers 20mm are for fine-tuning the power of your air rifle. They are individually placed on the piston rod in front of the tophat. The 26mm washer is installed between the metal washer of the rear spring guide and the trigger block.

The black POM washer is placed on the shaft of the tophat if required.

Please note that by shimming the washers, the spring preload and thus the power of your air rifle will increase.
