HW80 tuning piston

Original HW80 piston from Weihrauch, rear-supported with a ring of highly-slippery, bronze-coated PTFE, also known as Teflon. The bronze coating makes the PTFE more resistant to deformation and wear. Supporting the piston prevents metal-on-metal contact, guides it more precisely, and reduces firing noise.

In the Premium version, the weight is reduced by approx. 15% from 303g to 253g for improved recoil. The muzzle velocity (V0) is usually slightly lower due to the lighter weight. This can be readjusted with Jonasscheiben, for example. Therefore, it is not particularly suitable for the FAC version.
