HW77/97 guided piston

Teflon-guided HW77/97 standard piston

Original HW77/97 piston from Weihrauch with a standard weight of approximately 260g. An aluminum ring has been shrunk on for optimized guidance within the system. A high-friction, coated PTFE ring, also known as Teflon, runs inside this. The bronze coating makes the PTFE more resistant to deformation and wear.

Bearing the piston prevents metal-to-metal contact, guides it more precisely, and reduces the noise of the shot. The piston is guided by the seal at the front.

The piston with bearings only fits into a compression sleeve with a standard length of 155mm in variant C (short stroke 20mm). For standard seals, the compression sleeve must be shortened by 10mm to 145mm.
