HW77/97 guided piston

Original HW77/97 piston from Weihrauch with the standard weight of approx. 260g. Additionally, an aluminum ring was shrink-fitted for optimized guidance within the system. Inside this ring runs a highly slippery, bronze-coated PTFE ring, also known as Teflon. The bronze coating makes the PTFE more resistant to deformation and wear.

The piston's bearing prevents metal-on-metal contact, guides it more precisely, and reduces the firing noise. At the front, the piston is guided by the seal with a sealing ring.

The guided piston only fits into version C (short stroke 20mm) in a compression tube with a standard length of 155mm. For standard seals, the compression tube must be shortened by 10mm to 145mm.

Variant C with the 20mm high self-lubricating short stroke piston seal

Variants B + C include an AirJoe piston inner sleeve made of stainless steel and the original Weihrauch piston seal 26mm.
