HW30(S) tuning piston

Original HW30(S) piston from Weihrauch, rear-mounted with a ring of highly-lubricious, bronze-coated PTFE, also known as Teflon. The bronze coating makes the PTFE more resistant to deformation and wear.

The original piston with a diameter of 24.1 mm is thickened to 24.6 mm at the rear ex works. We reduce this to 24.2 mm, insert a circumferential groove and install the Teflon ring with a larger diameter of 24.8 mm. Due to the now minimized play, the piston is guided more precisely at the rear in the 25 mm system. At the front, the guiding ring of the seal centers the piston. This prevents metal-on-metal contact, and the shot sound becomes quieter and duller.

Easy installation/replacement. We recommend our screw-in pivot pin to avoid complicated barrel removal.
