HW30(S) tuning piston

Original HW30 piston from Weihrauch, rear-mounted with a ring made of high-friction, bronze-coated PTFE, also known as Teflon. The bronze coating makes the PTFE more resistant to deformation and wear.

The original piston, with a diameter of 24.1 mm, is thickened at the rear to 24.6 mm at the factory. We reduce this to 24.2 mm, add a circumferential groove, and install the Teflon ring with a larger diameter of 24.8 mm. The now minimized play allows the piston to be guided more precisely in the 25 mm system at the rear. At the front, the guide ring of the seal centers the piston. This prevents metal-to-metal contact, making the firing sound quieter and more muffled.
