AirJoe Tuning piston seal short stroke

Self-lubricating piston seal 26mm in high design for Weihrauch HW77/97, made from a high-quality elastomer with solid lubricant molybdenum. Due to the 10mm increased height with a concave-shaped top, no additional adapter is needed to shorten the piston stroke in your HW77/97. Short stroke leads to a shorter shot development time and thus increases precision. Additionally, hold sensitivity is enhanced.

Thanks to the flexible sealing lip, the seal adapts precisely to the inner wall of the system, a clear advantage over rigid seals. The piston is perfectly centered by means of the guide ring. The seal is slightly harder than the molded original from Weihrauch.

The piston seal is specially designed for the HW77/97 and 85/95/98 models. The stroke of the HW50/57/99 is too short for short stroke.

The shortened stroke combined with an increase in the preload of the mainspring will change the performance of your springer. The muzzle velocity must be checked and adjusted. We recommend using our Jonas washers for fine-tuning.
